About FicWeave

FicWeave is an independent AI writing tool for creating and continuing fictional stories. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the owners of any fandom, franchise, author, publisher, studio, or platform that users may reference.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to agree to these terms where you live. You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. Do not share access in a way that compromises another person's data or the service.

Your stories and inputs

You retain any rights you already have in original material you submit. You give FicWeave the limited permission needed to process, store, and transmit your inputs and story content to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit that material and that your use respects applicable law and third-party rights.

Fanfiction may reference third-party characters and settings. These underlying rights remain with their respective owners. FicWeave does not grant you rights to commercialize or distribute material you do not own.

AI-generated content

AI output may be inaccurate, inconsistent, incomplete, similar to other output, or unsuitable for your intended use. Review and edit output before relying on or publishing it. Story Memory is a writing aid, not a guarantee of perfect continuity.

Content rules

Use of FicWeave is subject to the Content Policy. You may not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, probe or disrupt the service, distribute malware or spam, bypass safety controls, or obtain prohibited content.

Availability and changes

FicWeave is under active development. Features, limits, models, and availability may change. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, maintenance, legal compliance, or a material violation of these terms.

Plans and payments

Public paid checkout is not currently available. The displayed Pro price is a reference for a planned product tier and does not create a purchase, subscription, renewal, or charge. These terms and the Refund Policy will be updated before public payments open.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. FicWeave does not promise uninterrupted access or that generated content will be error-free. To the extent permitted by law, FicWeave is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. The date above shows the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated through the service where reasonably possible.
